Gain Weight and Build Muscle for Hard Gainers

I'm going to talk about the different challenges that two different body types encounter when building muscle and burning fat. I will also talk about the workouts I have used to help me and what some of my friends who are hard gainers have used to get results. Basically it comes down to hard gainers and easy to get top rated mass gainer. So let's break down a few facts about the two:

- Hard gainers typically have a fast metabolism
- Easy gainers have a slow metabolism
- Hard gainers will burn fat more rapidly
- Easy gainers can gain weight from doing nothing
- Hard gainers will stay in shape but will lose muscle easily
- Easy gainer typically fall out of shape quickly but can build muscle easily

I have been working out for a long time and have found that I very much am an easy gainer in that I can build muscle fast and easy but if I don't stay on top of it I will for sure lose some muscle mass and lose it quickly. So I have always thought it would be much better to be someone who would be considered a Hard gainer. So after much research and thought into this subject the question inevitably is who is better off? My answer: the easy gainer.

So let me tell you why

We all know that if you want to build muscle and burn fat you need to workout and workout hard. With that being the case the Hard gainer can train as hard as he wants but as soon as he leaves the gym his already fast metabolism is in overdrive so he is losing muscle mass even when he is standing still because his body is not getting enough nutrition to build his muscles since his metabolism is burning calories off at an elevated rate.

The Easy gainer has the exact same effect but in the opposite. Since their bodies aren't burning as much off the muscles have time to take what they need from the nutrition to repair and rebuild making it much easier for Easy gainers to gain muscle at a rapid pace and also the more muscle you have the more fuel they will need so in turn will burn more calories and help you lose weight.

Since I have a few friends that are in fact hard gainers I know that they have to go to great lengths to build muscle and sometimes using different techniques that you might not think of to shock the muscles and also how to eat properly to reap the benefits. One of the best personal trainers on this subject I have been told is Vince Delmonte. He went from being the skinny kid to body builder and trainer and a lot of people I know have had great success with his many programs. Click the link below and watch the video on Vince's site to see what he has to say I guarantee you will not be disappointing if you are a hard gainer. His workouts will help you pack on size and muscle.
